The Challenge

As part of their enhanced commitment to I&D, Haven’s recruitment process had been independently audited. Recommendations were made around improvements to the interview process from an I&D perspective. Simultaneously, Haven had recently launched new values and behaviours which also needed to be incorporated into the recruitment process.

We were approached to support with the design and development of the new interview process support materials.

The Solution

Taking the lead from the newly launched values creative look and feel, and the feedback from the independent I&D review, we worked with Haven’s Head of Talent Acquisition to create a new process and supporting digital and printed materials including:

  • Interview forms (versions for team member recruitment, SME recruitment and leader recruitment)
  • Interview guides
  • Interview feedback forms

The Outcome

Significantly improved consistency within the interview process across all 38 Haven parks, with the recruiting teams finding the materials relevant and easy to use.
